Initiatives
The Grand
Parents Day is celebrated on 23-01-10 at 2.30 pm. The small children
were very happy to come to school with their grand parents. They took keen
intrest and deep enthusiasm to participate in various activities like
songs and dance in order to entertain their grand parents. It was a
sensitive realization to share the experiences of grand parents which some
of them expressed on the occasion. Grand Parents Day celebration turned up
as a very successful & fruitful step towards the culture, relation
& respect for elders to be inculcated & maintained in the indian
culture.
In order to strengthen the primary education, the following steps are taken up in our Vidyalaya.
Our vidyalaya is running in the limited number of rooms provided by kv no 1 rewa. Therefore no separate activity cum teaching learning resource room is available.
There is no separate room or primary section so computer classes are conducted in the computer lab only.
As the school is running in the building of kv no 1 rewa , so there is no provision to keep school bags of class 1 and 2 in the school .
H.M. post is not yet sanction.
As vidyalaya is running in the limited number of rooms of kv no 1 there is no place to keep modulate cupboard having aluminum frame and acrylic sheet cover find in all primary classes.
Grand parent day is to be conducted in the month of jan 2010.
Excursion will be arranged frequently based on moral value / motivation in computer lab.
There is no complaint of corporal punishment involving primary students.
Separate high duty photocopies, two desktop computer charts and lcd projector have be
purchased but due to short of accommodation they can not be installed in a separate but used in the computer lab itself.
Children use children park of kv no 1 in limited way.
Only limited number of classes library are being functioned.
Essential sports & games equipment are available for primary classes.
Primary classes are also being supervised by senior most PRT of the vidyalaya regularly.
Quarterly meeting of cluster level & regional level are held, attended and steps / suggestion implemented.
20% of the session ending exam answer scripts of all subjects of classes I-V revaluated at cluster level.
Timetable is designed as per cmp guidelines.
CCA activity is conducted as per list provided by regional level.
Two teacher norm in classes I & II, three teacher norm in classes III & IV and four teacher norm in class V is implemented.
No separate period allotted for AHPL.
House competition and incentives are given to best performs.
Cluster level competitions were organized and vidyalaya secured I position in poem recitation and III position in group song.
Community lunch is organized every month for each class.
VCD / CDS have been procured.
Activity method of teaching is being followed by au PRTs, AUPRTs and senior most PRT have got biliugual proficiency in English and Hindi.
Students are always motivated for being good children and moreover good citizens.
1. Effective supervision of two teachers weekly by the Headmaster.
2. Film shows-Children films like Taare jameen Par, Ganesha, Iqbal, Romeo etc to be shown to children periodically.
3. Cultural activities-besides CCA competitions every Friday, cultural programmes sports & games , prize distribution etc are organized on childrens day and other occasions.
4. Educational Excursion to nearby places is planned.
5. Worksheets are prepared by teachers and photocopies are used for practice in class. Other teaching learning materials such as charts, colors, clay , tapes, CDs etc are purchased. Computer lab connected with Net, LCD projector is arranged for effective teaching and qualitative improvement of primary education.
6. Block periods arranged in the time table for activity based teaching.
7. Community lunch is organized class wise along with their class teachers.

A community lunch was organised on 23-01-10 to develop
sense of fellowship & get together feeling. |
Class IV |
Through this community lunch, the children were made familiar
with the preparation of fruit chat & potato chat by the use of
spices . They were very much interested to see the process. |
The children not only learn preparation of chat but
they also learnt community living and feeling. |

The children were taken on an excursion to local
garden called "Jayanti Kunj" with a purpose to make
teaching learning more interesting and meaningful. |
Class V |
The places is famous for preparing compos manure. The
children of class V were very keen to learn how this type of manure
is prepared with the help of the manufacturer of compost manure. The
children were taught how the layers were made with the help of cow
dung and dry leaves and how earthworm were kept inside the layer.
The were taught the process of preparing compost manure. It was a
very interesting experience for the children. |
The children were
taken on an excursion with a view to make them familiar with the
preparation of compost manure. It was a highly entertaining teaching
learning process for the students of class V. |
