Scout / Guide activities in the vidyalaya 2007-08
Scout/ Guide activities are one of the major extra curricular activities started in the vidyalaya in July 2004. Since then it is flourishing day-by-day and touching new horizons in the field. There are one scouters who is HWB trained and one is advance trained and one guider basic trained in the team. In this year 2007-08 a total no.92 students enrolled.

The Scout/ Guide activities have four different levels: -
(A) School Level: - The activities begin from pravesh after------- month investiture ceremony takes place. The students (scout) qualify for pratham sopan and a gap of ------ months from pratham sopan, he is eligible for dwitiy sopan, testing camp.
The pratham and dwitiy sopan testing camp held in K.V.No.2 from 10 Dec. 2006 to 11 Dec. 2006. Total 67 Scout and Guides participated in the camp and all pass.
(B) Cluster Level: - After passing dwitiy sopan a Scout/Guide is eligible for tritiya sopan its duration is 09 months and camp is organized at cluster level. Last year the tritiya sopan testing camp held from ------ Oct. 2006 to ------- Oct. 2006 at K.V.No.2 G.C.F Jabalpur. 04 scouts and 04 guides qualify for Rajya Puraskar camp 2007.
(C) Regional Level: - The Rajya Puraskar camp is organized at regional level. This year the Rajya Puraskar testing camp held at K.V. Gomatinagar Lucknow from 08 Sep. to 11 Sep. 2007. 04 Scout participated in the camp and result awaited till date.
(D) National Level: - The Rastrapati Puraskar testing camp organized at national level. Next year scout will participate this prestigious camp. On 22 Feb. 2007 birthday of sir lard Baden Powel father of this movement in India celebrated as “Thinking Day” in the vidyalaya.
